Call Waiting With a soft tone, this feature alerts you to incoming calls while you’re talking on the phone.
Caller ID on Call Waiting This feature will show you the name and number of an incoming call while you’re on the phone without disconnecting you from the call you’re already on.
Cancel Call Waiting With this feature you can temporarily deactivate the Call Waiting feature.
Call Forwarding This feature lets you transfer your incoming calls to another phone number, either local or long-distance.
Speed Calling 8 listWith this feature you can program your phone to dial certain numbers (up to 8) when you press one or two digits.
Speed Calling 30 list With this feature you can program your phone to dial certain numbers (up to 30) when you press one or two digits.

Customer Originated Call Trace This feature initiates a trace of your last incoming call. If you wish to file a complaint ETEX will provide the number to the police.
Remote Access to Call Forwarding From any touch tone phone you can turn on or off or change the number to which your calls are forwarded.
Caller Name Delivery This feature, working with your Caller ID feature, displays the name of the person calling.
Caller Number Delivery This feature, working with your Caller ID feature, displays the phone number of the person calling.
Caller Name & Number Delivery This feature, working with your Caller ID feature, displays the name and number of the person calling.
Anonymous Call Rejection If someone has blocked their number from appearing on your Caller ID display device, this feature will route the call to a recording, so your phone doesn’t even ring.
When combined with Caller information Delivery
In order to obtain telephone service from Etex Telephone Cooperative, Inc., a written application for membership must be completed and a payment of $10.00 must be presented to the Cooperative. An additional amount will be paid for each connection, extension and/or other services requested by the customer. A Membership Certificate will be issued as evidence of participation in the Cooperative. For additional information about the Cooperative and your specific rights as a customer, please review the booklet “BY-LAWS OF ETEX TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE, INC.”.

For Etex Telephone Cooperative residential use only. No call detail will be provided. A call detail will be available for $5 per month more. This is a non-premium service. Usage over 5,000 minutes is considered commercial and is not eligible. Prices are subject to change upon notification of customer.
Customers must already have a Flat Rate Long Distance plan with Etex Telephone Cooperative. Per minute charges will apply for each country called.*International rates are subject to change.

Offer available only for ETEX Long Distance customers. You may also purchase additional codes in groups of 5 for an additional $5 per month.
For only $2/month, the Maintenance Plan covers all wiring repairs and the cost of the jack. It even covers your telephone if you lease it from Etex Telephone.
Customers who do not subscribe to the maintenance plan will pay a trip charge as well as for repairs made. These costs could be $75 or more, depending on the repair and how long it takes to make the repair.
If you have wiring problems in the attic, it could take two men to make the repair and that could start adding up. Even something small like repairing a wire that an animal has chewed through can be costly. With the Maintenance Plan from Etex Telephone, these repairs are covered.
